What buyers say about the frame
I loved it, it's easy to use. The design is beautiful and elegant. It was for a gift with emotional videos and it made him very happy.
My child is growing up, and constantly printing photos at home was becoming a burden, so I bought this and am very satisfied. The size is a bit small, but the image quality is good.
I really liked it, the image quality is excellent. It was really worth it. very good material
It's beautiful! I loved it... maybe it's a bit expensive, but it's really very nice and works well!
Excellent framework, everything is in English and well explained. Very clear explanation and no problems arose.
Excellent frame! I am delighted. The package arrived very quickly, in about 10 days.
Very good, I recommend it, just like the picture.
It delivers what it promises very well, congratulations, a fair price compared to others on the market, for those who liked the idea and don't want to spend a fortune on something that is simply for storing photos and videos, you know. It has everything you need, you can add videos, you can add images, it has a battery, even though it's small, but it does have it, unlike other more expensive ones that don't have that. Another strong point that made me buy it was the design; with this acrylic edge, it really looks like a picture frame, not just a mini tablet like I've seen in other models. So, I'm very satisfied. I struggled to make the image vertical, filling the entire space. To do this, use JPEG mode, not JPG, and resize the photos to 480x854, which will be correct while keeping the image vertical. I haven't tried horizontal, but I believe it's the same process. They delivered very quickly indeed.
Highly recommended and easy to use
The battery life is short, so you need to connect an auxiliary battery to use it. The photos come out beautifully. I recommend it.
The images are beautiful and it's affordable to use. Videos can be watched clearly. The audio works without any issues. I was able to buy it cheaply during a sale. Highly recommended.
Great product, it's smaller than I thought, but it meets expectations.
It arrived very quickly, it was written to arrive by 02/01 but it came on 29/12.
I received the product quickly, everything works as described. The only downside is there's no USB port, only built-in 4GB memory.
Although there are some slight shortcomings in terms of functionality, it seems like a decent product at a reasonable price. The downside is that the copy speed is only 5Mbps, but still, I can store hundreds or even thousands of photos on 4GB memory and view them, so I'm satisfied. As for how long the battery lasts, we'll have to wait and see.
Very good product and very fast shipping 👌 Thank you
It's good, it was delivered early.

What exactly do I get?
Two things: the 5″ clear acrylic video frame (shipped to you in a gift box), and a short video we make from your photo (sent to you by email). You copy the video onto the frame and it plays on loop.
How do I send my photo?
Upload it on this page before you add to cart. Ordering 2 frames, or want to use a different photo? Just reply to your order email with the new photo.
When do I get my video?
We email you a preview within 24–48 hours. Approve it, or tell us what to change (your first revision is free). Then we send the final video as a download link.
How long does shipping take? Will it arrive before Christmas?
Shipping to the US is free. Frames ship from our supplier's warehouse overseas: 1–3 business days to process, then usually 7–15 business days to arrive. You get a tracking number by email. The delivery dates near the top of this page are our estimate for an order placed today. Holidays can add delays, so order early if it's a Christmas gift.
How do I put the video on the frame?
Download the video from our email, connect the frame to a computer (Mac or PC) with the included cable, and copy the file onto it. It takes about a minute. We send a simple picture guide, and if you get stuck, just reply and we'll walk you through it.
Does it need Wi-Fi, an app or a subscription?
No. No Wi-Fi, no app and no subscription. The video lives on the frame.
Is it a real video of my loved one?
No. We animate your still photo with AI to create gentle, lifelike motion. It's a new short video made from your photo, not a recording of a real moment.
What photos work best?
A clear photo where faces are easy to see, with good light. Phone photos are perfect. Old printed photos work too: take a straight-on picture of it in daylight. Photos with fewer people usually give the most natural motion.
What if I don't like the preview?
Reply to the preview email and tell us what to change. Your first revision is free.
Can I add my own videos too?
Yes. The frame has 4GB of memory and plays MP4 videos, so you can add your own clips next to ours.

What if it arrives damaged or never arrives?
Damaged or not working: email support@lovingloop.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you. Not arrived within 30 days of shipping: we'll reship it or refund you.
Can I return it?
Your video is made just for you, so it can't be returned once it's delivered. You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of ordering, before we start your video. After that, we refund the frame if you send it back unused in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery (you pay return shipping). See our refund policy.
