Refund policy

Every video is made just for you, so please read this before ordering.

Damaged or defective frame: If your frame arrives damaged or doesn't work, email support@lovingloop.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Lost package: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you.

Your video: Your animated video is a custom digital product. You get one free revision. Because it's personalized, the video itself can't be returned once delivered.

Changed your mind: If you cancel before we start your video (within 12 hours of ordering), we'll refund you in full. After your video has been made, we can refund the frame if it's returned unused in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer.

How refunds work: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
