Shipping policy

Your video: Your custom animated video is created after you order. We email you a preview within 24-48 hours, and the final video as a download link after you approve it.

Your frame: Frames ship from our supplier's warehouse overseas. Processing takes 1-3 business days, and delivery to the US usually takes 7-15 business days after that. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or because of carrier delays.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your frame ships.

Where we ship: We currently ship to the United States only.
