Questions

Is this a real video?

No. We animate your still photo with AI, so the person or pet moves gently and naturally. It's a new short video made from your photo, not a recording of a real moment.

How long until I get my video?

We email a preview within 24–48 hours. Once you approve it (or after your free revision), we send the final video as a download link.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free in the US. The frame ships from our supplier's warehouse overseas and usually arrives in 7–15 business days. You get a tracking number by email.

How big is the frame?

It has a 5" vertical screen in thick, clear acrylic. The whole frame is 6.3 × 4.25 in, about the size of a large phone.

What photos work best?

A clear, front-facing photo with the face visible and good light. Old printed photos work too: take a straight-on picture of it in daylight.

How do I put the video on the frame?

Connect the frame to a computer with the included cable and copy the video file onto it. It takes about a minute, and we send a short picture guide.
